Cloud Computing Supervisor

Responsible for the success of digital transformation programs, including migrating on-premises environments to the cloud, providing cloud technology solutions, and streamlining operations to achieve IT KPI and SLA. Coordinate with Group Cloud Center of Excellence and Group Technology Services to ensure cloud development and implementation align with Group Cloud-first Strategy standards and architectures.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years working experiences in IT infrastructure, operation, service delivery and managing SLA/KPI.
- Have knowledge in technology and platforms of IT infrastructure in general, cloud computing & architecture including network, storage, computing servers, system monitoring, system resilience and security.
- Have experiences in managing IT initiatives/projects, resources, budget & spending, operational issues and expectations of business / end users.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Familiar with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and related technologies
