Job Description
  • Melakukan monitoring, maintenance, dan operasional harian pada layanan cloud (compute, storage, network, database, security).
  • Menangani incident ticket dari level dasar hingga menengah, termasuk melakukan troubleshooting awal hingga root cause analysis untuk isu yang lebih kompleks.
  • Melakukan deployment layanan cloud—mulai dari provisioning resource standar (VM, storage, managed DB) hingga implementasi arsitektur yang lebih komprehensif.
  • Mengoptimalkan performa dan biaya infrastruktur cloud.
  • Mengelola konfigurasi network cloud (VPC, Subnet, Load Balancer, VPN, Firewall, Peering).
  • Membuat dan menjalankan automation menggunakan Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep).
  • Menyusun dokumentasi teknis, runbook, serta memberikan knowledge handover kepada tim terkait.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain (DevOps, Security, Network) untuk memastikan stabilitas dan reliability sistem.
Requirements
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang teknologi atau pengalaman setara.
  • Wajib memiliki sertifikasi cloud (minimal level fundamental/associate – AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Pemahaman kuat mengenai konsep cloud: compute, network, storage, IAM, security, monitoring.
  • Familiar dengan Linux/Windows Server, scripting dasar, serta analisa log.
  • Pengalaman operasional cloud 0–1 tahun (L1) atau 2–4 tahun (L2).
  • Nilai tambah: pengalaman dengan CI/CD, container (Docker/Kubernetes), automation, serta desain arsitektur cloud.
  • Problem solving baik, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan cepat & dinamis.
