About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Electrical (Maintenance) to join our team at PT Yokohama Industrial Products Manufacturing Indonesia in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a contract role, this position will play a crucial part in overseeing the electrical operations and maintenance of our manufacturing facility.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all machine and equipment, including preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance.
  • Determine the priority and sequence of maintenance work based on urgency and impact on operations.
  • Coordinate with production team and related departments to determine the most appropriate time to carry out maintenance.
  • Create and manage work orders for all maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to technicians.
  • Analyze the spare parts needed in the area of responsibility to be proposed to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualification

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic
  • Required Skills: Electric, PLC & Instrument, Microcontroller, Pneumatic, Mechanical
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent planning and leadership abilities
  • Required language: Fluency in English would be an advantage
  • Having IT and database skill would be an advantage
