  • Build, analyze, and experiment with forecasting models for the Last Mile division (orders per hub per hour) to improve forecast accuracy and support driver manpower planning.
  • Identify anomalies and operational issues, then propose and execute improvement plans.
  • Maintain clear documentation of experiments, model updates, and improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support discussions related to forecasting and operations.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing (last semester) or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools is a plus (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with data and performing analytical tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and gain experience in forecasting or time-series analysis.
