Apply now  Learn more: This position will remain open until filled.Local Applicants WelcomeDepartment: MarketingLocation: Jakarta, IndonesiaReporting to: Trade & Field Marketing HeadRole: Fixed-Term (1 year)Trade and Field Marketing Manager (Fixed-Term)As the Trade & Field Marketing Manager in the area of Marketing, you will: Business Process ImprovementReview and improve the current business process to align with company's strategic directionCoordinate with other stakeholders to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platformsCompose the approved business process for new policy developmentTrade & Field Marketing Activities Develop offline or online engagement activities for our customers to sustain/increase JTI product availability, outstanding visibility, and product trialDevelop a field brief and organize a briefing session as a guideline for the field team on trade and merchandising implementationEngage with related internal and external parties to ensure alignment and implementation to achieve business objectivesActively propose alternatives/innovative/creative approaches based on market practices or relevant industries Data AnalysisReview & interpret data trends or customer behaviour, and compare data results among the regions to gather the insightsProvide an actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve the KPI of projects or further improvementsEngage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementationTeam Development & ManagementHave regular conversations with associates to foster an open & honest environmentConduct regular checkpoints to review progress and discuss further solutionsRequirements:Minimum Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing and or channel management area Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)Strong business acumenSales/Trade/Digital marketing knowledgeExcellent communication and presentationCollaboration SKillsAre you ready to join us?
