We are looking for a
Head of Content and Creative
who will bring Tentang Anak's story to life across every touchpoint. This role leads our entire creative ecosystem, from content and social media to design and production, ensuring every idea, campaign, and asset reflects the heart of our brand and connects deeply with families.

You will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of 15–20 talented creatives. We're seeking someone who combines strategic thinking with strong creative taste, someone who leads with clarity and inspiration, and who knows how to turn ideas into meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Creative Direction

  1. Shape and execute Tentang Anak's content and creative strategy across all channels.
  2. Turn the brand vision into clear, engaging stories that build awareness, trust, and emotional connection.

Creative Operations and Delivery

  1. Build systems and processes that keep creative work organized, clear, and efficient
  2. Oversee content, design, and production quality, ensuring everything meets our brand standards.
  3. Manage timelines and deliverables so all projects are completed on time and at the highest standard.

Team Leadership and Development

  1. Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across content, production, and design.
  2. Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  3. Create opportunities for team members to develop and prepare for future leadership roles.

Collaboration Across Teams

  1. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Commerce, and Education teams to turn business goals into strong creative ideas.
  2. Foster open communication so requests, priorities, and deliverables run smoothly between departments.

Innovation and Brand Storytelling

  1. Encourage new ideas and fresh thinking that stay true to the Tentang Anak brand.
  2. Keep our creative approach evolving with new trends, technologies, and insights.
  3. Ensure every piece of work tells a story that connects with our audience and strengthens the brand.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience leading creative and content teams, ideally in a brand or digital-first company with 10 years of experience.
  2. Strong creative taste that fits Tentang Anak's aesthetic and values
  3. Organized, disciplined, and able to balance multiple priorities with structure and clarity
  4. Strategic thinker with a business mindset and an eye for detail
  5. Excellent storytelling and brand communication skills
  6. Adaptive, collaborative, and able to problem-solve with a positive attitude
  7. Strong understanding of copywriting and/or design principles
