Seffyre is a medical device distributor based in Jakarta, focused on high-quality products for the plastic surgery and aesthetic industry. We work closely with top clinics (and increasingly hospitals) across Indonesia to support better patient outcomes through reliable supply, training, and strong service.

Salary is flexible based on your relevant experience and expertise (base + performance incentives).


What you'll do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Own the sales cycle: prospect → outreach → meeting → follow-up → order closing.
  • Build relationships with doctors and clinic teams (plastic surgeons, clinic managers, nurses, coordinators).
  • Generate and manage pipeline: book meetings, maintain a clean CRM/spreadsheet, and keep next steps clear.
  • Product support: answer product questions, coordinate training/support with internal team, and ensure fast responses.
  • Coordinate deliveries & documentation: align orders, payment status, delivery timing, and delivery order sign-offs.
  • Support events & marketing execution: invitations, attendance, on-site support, post-event follow-up, and distributing materials.
  • Market intelligence: report competitor activity, pricing signals, and clinic feedback to improve strategy.
  • Weekly reporting: activity, pipeline, wins/losses, and key blockers.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (medical devices / aesthetics / pharma / premium B2B is a plus, but not mandatory if you're a fast learner).
  • Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken + written).
  • Comfortable doing field sales (clinic visits) and handling follow-ups professionally.
  • Organized and self-driven: you can manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines.

  • Existing network in aesthetic clinics / plastic surgery ecosystem.
  • Experience selling premium products (value-based selling, not discount selling).
