Bhakti Idola Tama is a marketing and distribution company located in Indonesia that mainly  trades with home appliance goods under the brand Miyako, Shimizu and Rinnai as their sole distributor to local wholesale partners as the primary target customers. We have many branches and warehouses spanning across Indonesia with over 20 locations and we are planning on further expansions in the future.

We are looking for a General Affair Staff who will take part in managing and coordinating the daily office administration and company's operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Administration and/or General Affairs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (report creation, data processing, and correspondence).
  • Able to operate digital payment systems and record transactions meticulously.
  • Accustomed to coordinating with vendors and internal company parties.
  • Meticulous, honest, disciplined, communicative, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Possesses strong time management skills and high responsibility for the accuracy and neatness of work.
  • Hold a valid SIM A (Car) and SIM C (Motorcycle).

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage payments and prepare monthly reports for invoices/bills.
  • Handle vehicle tax/STNK renewals, schedule services, and arrange the lending of operational vehicles.
  • Coordinate and manage requests for office needs, supplies, and office administration.
  • Manage the delivery of documents and goods, monitor delivery status, and archive proof of delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external parties related to operational services and office needs.
  • Prepare routine administrative reports and ensure all supporting documents are stored neatly and accurately.
  • Monitor the utilization of vehicles, office equipment, and operational needs to ensure they run efficiently and orderly.
