[Basic Requirements]

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • For entry-level applicants: No prior industry experience required.
  • For experienced candidates: 5+ years of relevant experience may qualify for senior/specialist roles.

[Preferred Quallfications]

  • Licensed pharmacist or equivalent professional certification.
  • 1-5 years of professional experience in formulation development, process development, validation, QA, or in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
  • Experience with aseptic processes.
  • Possession of a forklift license.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean (conversational level or above).

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor aseptic production processes for microneedle drug delivery products.
  • Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques, GMP regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Participate in equipment qualification and process validation (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Prepare and manage documentation in accordance with GMP, Validation, and Change Control procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, and QA/Validation teams to resolve on-site issues.

Additional Information

The affiliated company and work location in Korea will be determined after the internship program.

Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Daewoong Bio, Daewoong ENG, etc.

Work Locations :

Hwaseong(Hyangnam), Yongin, Anseong, Cheongju(Osong).

After working in Korea for approximately one year, employees will be transferred to Daewoong's

new factory in Indonesia to participate in factory setup operations.
