As a Tour Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for clients seeking travel solutions. You will assist customers in designing customized travel itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service from trip planning until the client's return.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Assist customers in booking tour packages, flight tickets, hotels, and other travel services.
  • Create, prepare, and manage tour quotations, including pricing breakdowns and cost estimations.
  • Develop detailed and customized travel itineraries based on clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Design customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group travel requirements.
  • Prepare tour quotations, pricing details, and comprehensive travel proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after the trip.
  • Prepare and send travel documents such as itineraries, vouchers, e-tickets, and invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and assist in resolving issues or complaints professionally.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and market developments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum High School graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in sales, travel consulting, tour planning, or travel coordination is an advantage.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems.
  • English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
