Role Overview:

One of our clients is hiring for
Marketing - Owned Media Channel (OMC)
team to managing the customer lifecycle, driving cross-sell opportunities, and increasing Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) through effective
in-app communications
and
email marketing
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, set up, and deploy campaigns across Push Notifications, In-App Pop-ups/Banners, and Email
  • Configure campaign settings, segmentation, targeting, and creative assets within the marketing automation platform
  • Manage and maintain the OMC communications schedule, coordinating timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Support deployment of Automated CRM workflows and follow established test plans
  • Assist with execution of SMS & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and format OMC reporting data, including execution metrics and performance results

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience executing campaigns via marketing automation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent QA discipline during setup & testing
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume execution environments
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of data flow between automation platforms and owned channels
  • Experience with Push, In-App, Email, and WhatsApp communication deployment

Domain-Specific Skills:

  • Experience with major MA tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Insider, etc.)
  • Basic HTML5 for email templates (a plus)
  • Familiarity with segmentation logic within CRM/MA platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas for report structuring
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and deployment checklists
