Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting (garment industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of COGS & COGM calculations
  • Experience working in a KEK / Special Economic Zone is an advantage.
  • Familiar with tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance in KEK.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • English and Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all accounting operations within the company.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly & annual financial statements.
  • Understand and calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) accurately.

  • Handle and optimize tax incentives and government facilities, including:

  • VAT/PPN exemption

  • Import duty reduction

  • PPh facilities / tax holiday

  • Monitor budgeting and cost control strategies for production activities.
