What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns (corporate, individual, and indirect taxes) with a strong sense of
    integrity and accuracy
    .
  • Research and analyze tax laws and regulations while maintaining
    transparency and reliability
    in your work.
  • Prepare tax calculations and reconciliations, ensuring
    data honesty and compliance
    with internal and external standards.
  • Support tax audits and examinations with
    empathy and professionalism
    , collaborating closely with other departments.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and demonstrate
    agility
    in learning new systems or adapting to changing regulations.

What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements):

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an
    honest and detail-oriented mindset
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, showing
    empathy
    and respect when working with others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and
    adapt quickly
    to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and willing to work in North Jakarta.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Prior knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
