Role Summary
The factory-based HRBP (Manager) is a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. This role drives people-related initiatives, fosters organizational growth, and enhances business performance through effective talent management, workforce planning, and labor cost management.

Jl Jababeka IX-B, Blok Q2, Kelurahan Wangunharja, Kecamatan Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Note:
This role will start off as a 6 months contract, extendable/convertible to permanent headcount.
Responsibilities:
- Establish partnerships with the business teams in the region and country, gain a deep understanding of their needs, develop human resources strategies that support regional goals, and formulate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws;
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on human resources policies, processes, and best practices;
- Drive the implementation of human resources initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion programs;
- Work closely with the headquarters and branch human resources teams to ensure that human resources projects and processes align with the company's overall strategic objectives;
- Proactively identify and resolve potential risks and related employee issues associated with workforce management, provide guidance solutions to managers, support organizational change by promoting communication, training, and supporting employees, collaborate with leadership to manage transitions and ensure productivity during changes.
- Analyze human resources data metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement, develop and implement targeted solutions;
- Develop and conduct training programs to continuously enhance the skill levels of managers and employees;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of human resources, ensuring regional competitiveness in talent attraction and retention.
- Promote company cultural integration and development, enhance employee engagement, and drive DEI initiatives, among other tasks;
- Collaborate with financial and business leaders to optimize workforce efficiency without compromising employee engagement or productivity.

1、与所在区域及国家的业务团队建立伙伴关系,深入了解其需求,制定支持区域目标的人力资源战略,并制定相关政策和程序,确保遵守当地劳动法规;
2、为管理人员提供人力资源政策、流程及最佳实践方面的指导与建议;
3、推动人力资源举措的实施,包括人才管理、绩效管理、员工敬业度、继任计划以及多元化与包容性项目;
4、与总部及分公司人力资源团队紧密协作,确保人力资源项目与流程符合公司整体战略目标;
5、主动识别并解决与劳动力管理相关的潜在风险和相关员工问题,为管理人员提供解决方案指导, 通过促进沟通、培训和支持员工来支持组织变革, 与领导层合作,管理过渡期并确保在变革期间保持生产力。
6、分析人力资源数据指标,识别趋势与改进领域,制定并实施针对性解决方案;
7、制定并开展培训计划,持续提升管理人员与员工的技能水平;
8、及时掌握人力资源领域最新趋势与最佳实践,确保区域人才吸引与保留竞争力。
9、推动公司文化融合建设工作,提高员工参与度,并推动DEI倡议等工作;
10、与财务和业务领导者合作,优化劳动力效率,同时不损害员工参与度或生产力。
- 权限
就人才管理、劳动力规划和员工参与度做出战略决策。 - 与高级管理层合作,批准人力资源政策、计划和预算。
- 作为人力资源服务中心与业务领导者之间的联络人,确保无缝运营。
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role.
- Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Capable in Mandarin/ Chinese language is required as well due to the frequent communication required with Global HQ counterparts in China.

教育
: 人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位(硕士学位优先)。
经验
:
- 5-7年逐步晋升的人力资源经验,包括至少 3 年的战略 HRBP 或领导角色经验。
- 在组织发展、人才管理和员工参与方面有成功的业绩记录。
- 需要会说汉语普通话以及英语和印尼语。
技能
:
- 强大的商业洞察力和战略思维能力。
- 具备出色的人际交往和沟通能力,能够在各个层级建立关系并产生影响。
- 熟练掌握人力资源分析和劳动力规划工具。
- 具有强大的解决问题和决策能力。
