We are seeking an experienced and professional Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our villa property in Bali.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in villa or hospitality management, with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality and service for all guests.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Handle villa bookings, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest requests.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and villa inventory.
  • Liaise with property owners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
  • Flexible, professional, and service-oriented.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
