Progresif Nusantara Jaya ("PNJ") is a start-up providing Cybersecurity services on Data Security and Data Privacy in Indonesia. It is a young and vibrant company, supported by its sister company, CNAV Business Value ("CNAV").

CNAV is an organization with South-East Asia presence founded in year 2008. It has been partnering with globally recognized vendors such as Symantec, RSA, , CrowdStrike, Rubrik, HashiCorp and IBM Security etc.

As a Cyber Security Solution Provider, CNAV specializes in managing turnkey projects, providing Cybersecurity services including but not limited to Data Security and Data Privacy based on business requirement with focus in complying to Data Privacy acts in SEA (such as PDPA in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, PDPD in Vietnam and PDP Law in Indonesia).

Employees are constantly exposed to leading-edge Cybersecurity solutions that are undertaken by big banks that have high standards in Cybersecurity.

Background

As part of the growth plan, PNJ is looking for Data Privacy professionals to undertake the above role. The right candidate is either an experienced Data Privacy Professional Services Consultant with at least 3-5 years' experience in the Data Privacy Industry or experience in implementation, operation and advisory. He or She is expected to carry out implementation of data privacy (framework & tools) and provide privacy advisory for customers. Higher experiences will be considered for a more senior role with heavier responsibilities, such as conducting advisory workshop or carry out risk assessment for key customers. He or she must also possess 'can-do' attitude and analytical troubleshooting skill sets. Due to the emerging nature of the products undertaken by PNJ, this role must be prepared to learn privacy products from various vendors in a short timeframe. This Consultant has to be an Indonesian and will be based out of Jakarta.

Role

This position is expected to focus on both presales and post-sales activities but heavier on latter. He/she is expected to support Sales on crafting out solution proposal or response to an RFP and provide the services once awarded. This candidate may from time to time be assigned projects to carry either the whole project or partial phases depending on his/her availability. For those with qualified experience will be hired as a Senior and will be expected to mentor the junior in carrying out the project to ensure customer confidence is maintained. This role is expected to be an integral part of the team to deliver quality for our customer and be their trusted advisor.

The right candidate will be rewarded with attractive remuneration and commission from the business he created.

Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

  • Develop privacy policies, procedures and notices for the customer
  • Conduct workshops and aid in the development of data inventory maps or records of processing activities
  • Carry out installation and configuration of the privacy product purchased by customer
  • Conduct training
  • As a member of presales team to
  • Contribute write-up to proposal
  • Devise methodology to integrate into customer's requirements
  • Research solution if applicable
  • Present proposal to customer

Qualification

  • Indonesian Only
  • 3-5 years' experience in Data Privacy advisory
  • Candidate with prior experience in the following products are preferred:
  • Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management and GenAI under Data Command Center solution
  • OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance solution
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws in Indonesia
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Able to speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
  • Experience in writing a solution proposal
  • Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
  • Passionate about learning global technology
  • Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe
  • Industry Privacy Certification in CIPM, CIPP, CIPT or equivalent is an advantage
  • Vendors' product certification is an added advantage
  • Must be able to work without supervision
