Pekerjaan:

  • Supervisi dan membimbing team mengikuti SOP yang berjalan.
  • Menjadwalkan jadwal kerja karyawan
  • Menerima barang, melakukan pembelian langsung, serta memproses pengembalian dan penukaran barang.
  • Memastikan semua produk memiliki label harga yang jelas pada tampilan.
  • Menjalankan rencana tata letak toko, pengaturan display, pengisian ulang produk, serta pembersihan gondola.
  • Menjaga akurasi inventaris dan meminimalkan penyusutan dengan memantau proses sistem (penyesuaian, stocktaking, pergerakan inventaris).

Persyaratan:

  • Min Pendidikan D3 semua jurusan.

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 2 tahun di retail sejenis sebagai kepala toko.

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan antarpersonal yang baik

  • Memiliki kemampuan management (SDM, operational, stock, & Inventory).

  • Siap bekerja dengan sistem Shift sesuai jam Mall (termasuk weekend & libur nasional).

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Lippo Lubuk Linggau.
