The role

Sholin Lestari Indonesia, a leading provider of sustainable printing solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and identifying opportunities to expand our client portfolio in the Tangerang Banten region.

Key responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to grow our customer base
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and engage target clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Provide accurate and timely sales reporting

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a sales or business development role, preferably have Pipe or building materials shop.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
  4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure new contracts
  5. Familiarity with the local Tangerang Banten market and industry trends
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
