About the Role

We are looking for Sales Executive to join our team at PT SLS Laharindo in Bandung. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining clients relationships and promoting our range of our industrial products. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions will be essensial to driving business growth and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
  2. Present and promote products and services to both new and existing customers.
  3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  4. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
  5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfactions.
  7. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
  8. Willing to conduct site visits to customer locations.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Business studies.
  2. Previous experience in B2B Sales or Industrial Sales is an advantage
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  4. Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Fluent in English
