Plant Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Direct all plant operations from raw material intake through production, quality assurance, and final feedmill output.
• Create and execute production schedules to achieve output goals and maximize operational efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and improve production processes to reduce waste, control costs, and enhance overall performance.
• Lead, develop, and train plant staff while maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure full adherence to all industry regulations, safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Maximize return on the company's operational and capital investments.
• Prepare and present management reports based on financial performance and plant operations analysis.
• Contribute to the development and strengthening of employee skills and competencies.
• Take part in risk prevention initiatives, nonconformance management, and operational risk assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Plant or Production Manager role within the feedmill industry
• Engineering degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of feedmill raw materials and production processes
• Proven track record in maintaining high safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in Just-in-Time (JIT) or Make-to-Order manufacturing systems
• Solid background in production scheduling, cost control, and financial management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
