Requirements:

  • Open for fresh graduate or experience in same field is preferable.
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English active speaking.
  • Good at leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Have knowledge in lean manufacturing is preferable.
  • Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Have a strong character to lead the team.
  • Willing work under shift.

Job Description:

  • Responsibility towards Bulk Production Preparation and achievements in first day.
  • Ensure the required output is achieved within the stipulated time frame as per the accepted standards.
  • Conduct a random check on garments during the bulk production process to ensure achievement of the required quality standards of the end product.
  • Attend relevant meetings such as Pre-production, Start-up etc. and provide technical advice in order to ensure all technical concerns are addressed in timely and effective manner at the pre-production stage.
  • Identify, Coach and develop the team to support soft skill and technical skill development.
  • Identify operations for the improvement of the relevant operations & process.
  • Engage in the production planning process for all styles.
  • Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
