About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at PT Bedrock Brand Consultants' in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in creating visually striking and engaging designs that support our clients' branding and marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

Graphic Design

  • Brand Development : Create visual identities, logos, and branding materials that align with the company's vision.
  • Visual Content Creation : Design marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media graphics.
  • Collaboration : Work with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Trend Analysis : Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into projects.
  • Design Systems : Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across all visual outputs.

UI/UX Design:

  • User Research : Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test user journeys.
  • User Interface Design : Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for websites and apps.
  • Interaction Design : Develop interactive elements to enhance user experience.
  • Usability Testing : Perform tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design with functionality.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, or Marvel.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Adaptability to changing design trends and technologies.

Additional Skills :

  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Data-driven design mindset with an ability to interpret analytics.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

Minimum 5 year of experience as a Creative Designer or Graphic Designer.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut or Canva.

Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently or in a team.
