Role Summary:

The Finance & Accounting Intern will support daily financial operations, including documentation, reporting, and transaction verification. This role provides hands-on experience in finance processes and accounting systems within a corporate environment. The intern will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment records, etc.)
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Help in data entry, journal preparation, and reconciliation activities
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and administrative tasks
  • Conduct basic financial analysis and provide supporting data for audits
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial information needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate in
    Accounting / Finance
    and
    officially registered in PDDIKTI (

Graduated in 2025
)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (journal entries, ledgers, AP/AR)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high work ethics
- High willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
