Qualifications:

  • Maximum age 45 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a strong plus
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of taxation principles, PSAK, and IFRS
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; able to work under deadlines
  • Pleasant personality, deadline-focused, and adaptable

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and all financial data
  • Coordinate external and internal audits
  • Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash management, inventory accounting, and fixed assets
  • Monitor and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Perform budgeting and analysis
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
  • Provide variance analysis and recommendations to management
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making
