Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PIB Drafter located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The PIB Drafter will be responsible for preparing Import Declaration Forms (PIB), ensuring compliance with customs regulations, reviewing and validating documentation, coordinating with other departments to provide accurate data for customs clearance, and staying up-to-date with changes in customs laws and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in documentation preparation, customs clearance processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in attention to detail, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills for meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customs laws and regulations as well as import/export procedures
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Relevant work experience in customs or logistics documentation is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is advantageous
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is desirable
