Role Description

We are looking for a bright, driven and growth-oriented Management Associate to work directly with and learn from our VP of Business Operations (who oversees 5 markets: ID, PH, VN, TH, and MY) and the CEO on regional projects, strategy, and execution.

This is not your typical entry-level role. It's a hands-on, high-exposure, high-impact position designed for someone who wants to learn how regional leadership operates, and work on projects that directly contribute to achieving the company's OKRs. If you're looking for a comfortable and stable Monday to Friday, 9-5, this is not for you.

You will:

  • Shadow the VP and CEO in key meetings, strategy discussions, and project reviews
  • Support initiatives spanning operations, finance, sales, and strategic growth
  • Coordinate cross-market communication and follow through on key action points
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support leadership decisions
  • Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks. No two weeks will look the same
  • Learn directly how to lead, execute, and solve complex problems at scale
