We are seeking a highly skilled
Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of all Bababoo Home Indonesia stores across multiple cities nationwide. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent store execution, and strong sales performance across all branches. The Retail Supervisor will act as the key liaison between Head Office and store teams, ensuring company standards, policies, and performance targets are executed consistently in every location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Store Operations Management

• Supervise and monitor the daily operations of all Bababoo Home stores nationwide to ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Ensure each store operates efficiently and delivers optimal sales performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve store productivity and effectiveness.

2. Store Performance & Reporting

• Track and analyze store performance, including sales results, operational KPIs, and execution quality.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports with insights, performance summaries, and improvement recommendations for management.
• Support stores in achieving sales targets through structured monitoring and follow-up actions.

3. Field Supervision & Store Readiness

• Conduct regular store visits across different cities to assess operational execution, store condition, and customer experience.
• Ensure store readiness for promotions, campaigns, seasonal activities, and high-traffic periods.
• Support operational readiness for new store openings from an execution and compliance perspective.

4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Execution

• Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising guidelines, product displays, and promotional materials across all stores.
• Monitor the proper use of POSM and in-store promotional tools in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all retail locations.

5. Inventory & Operational Coordination

• Monitor stock availability and sell-out performance to help prevent overstock or stock-out situations.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support inventory planning and inter-store stock movement.
• Ensure accurate operational data and reporting from all stores.

6. People Management & Store Team Development

• Supervise, coach, and support Store Supervisors / Store Leaders in multiple locations.
• Provide regular feedback and performance guidance to improve execution quality and team effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of training and operational standards at store level.

7. Coordination & Compliance

• Act as the primary point of contact between Head Office and store teams for operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and mall regulations.
• Coordinate with external parties (mall management, operational vendors) related to daily store operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, retail supervision, or multi-store management.
• Proven experience handling multiple stores across different cities or regions.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store execution, and performance monitoring.
• Comfortable with frequent business travel and on-site store visits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic retail reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home supplies, lifestyle, or consumer retail is an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to operational details.
