General Overview:
As the Offtake Analyst Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of off-take operations related to multiple crops. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth movement of branch Feedmill Agents (FAs), organizing customer data, collecting crop production data, monitoring weather forecasts, and analyzing supply and demand dynamics. Your role will be crucial in providing valuable insights to optimize our off-take strategies and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of all branches Feedmill Agents movement, Feedmill agent schedule, GRN monitoring, and offtake delivery monitoring.
  • Organize data of all customers at the branches through FA information (market insight).
  • Collecting data for corn production from agronomist and or AC's from all branches.
  • Weather forecast monitoring throughout Indonesia.
  • Mapping harvest forecast based on report from agronomist and or AC's.
  • Field survey for data crosscheck throughout Indonesia (if needed).
  • Making regular data analyst of supply and demand for better recommendation across branches.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of crop production processes and agricultural supply chains (especially corn, paddy, rice bran, copra, rubber).
  • Able to communicate in English (speaking & writing).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (advance level of Excel & spreadsheet).
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be placed in Semarang.
