Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years experience purchasing staff
  • Excellent negotiation skills, keen to detail, good communication skills
  • Good analytical thinking, have a good problem solving
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Having connections with branding/merchandise vendors
  • Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

  • Branding procurement:
    Select, negotiate, and place orders with vendors.
  • Coordination with branding/marketing team:
    Ensure promotional and event needs are fulfilled.
  • Communication:
    Effective communication with the marketing team and vendors
  • Vendor evaluation:
    Assess vendor performance and find more efficient alternatives.
  • Budget monitoring:
    Ensure all purchases comply with the approved budget and company policy.
