Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and ensure the smooth schedule of trucks from arrival at the Warehouse to the delivery process across all hubs.

● Manage several Supervisors across multiple Warehouses and act as a liaison between management and field teams.

● Collaborate with the Warehouse and Quality Assurance teams to maintain on-time delivery and product quality.

● Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and 5S implementation standards throughout the work area.

● Guide and develop Supervisors in task delegation, discipline enforcement, and team performance improvement.

● Identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovations to enhance cost efficiency, productivity, and service levels.

● Collect, verify, and analyze daily or shift reports from Supervisors and provide insights to management for decision-making.

● Control and evaluate the use of operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.

Requirements :

● At least 5 years experience in the fleet or logistic company, with 3 years on senior supervisor level.

● Advanced knowledge to overseeing loading and delivery process,

● Maintain compliance budget and actual delivery cost.

● Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.

● Ensuring standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

● Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.

● Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)

● Flexibility working hours, including weekends and public holiday.

● Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
