1. Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers to support loan application processes.
  • Conduct initial client fact-finding and data entry into CRM and aggregator platforms (e.g. ApplyOnline, Mercury, Podium).
  • Prepare loan comparisons and product recommendations based on client profiles.
  • Order supporting documents such as credit reports, bank statements, and payslips.
  • Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit loan applications to lenders and follow up on progress.
  • Communicate with lenders for updates, conditions, and approvals.
  • Assist with compliance checks and ensure documentation meets NCCP requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and update brokers on application status.
  • Provide post-settlement support and client follow-up.
2.Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Australian mortgage brokers.
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with major lenders (e.g. CBA, ANZ, NAB, Westpac, Macquarie, etc.).
  • Experience using aggregator platforms (e.g. Connective, AFG, PLAN, FAST).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
3.Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent offshore training).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, BrokerEngine, or Salestrekker.
  • Knowledge of Australian privacy and data protection laws.
