Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RM Commercial & SME, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The RM Commercial & SME will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial and SME clients. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales processes, and managing accounts. The role involves closely collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
