Job Description
  • ensure the productivity, performance, and competency development of the QC team to achieve quality targets.
  • Develop, evaluate, and update SOPs related to Quality Control Processes (incoming and outgoing).
  • Conduct quality findings analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare regular QC reports and next actions for management.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for GPS/Hardware units received from vendors and installed for customers.
  • Establish and monitor the KPIs of the QC team and conduct periodic evaluations.
  • Propose and implement innovations to improve QC processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of experience in quality management or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and guiding teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management tools, technology, and industry standards.
