Merchandiser & Planner (Indonesia-based)

As our Planner and Merchandiser, you will develop effective merchandising plans to shape our product strategy, trade in season to maximise performance and capitalise on opportunities; work cross-functionally to deliver financial KPIs in line with company strategy across an omni-channel portfolio.

This role requires a strong background in inventory planning and merchandising to drive sales and ensure profitability across our channels.

What You'll Do:

• Gain detailed understanding of company strategy (including sales growth, channel strategy, profit, trends and customer profile) and be instrumental in translating this to category level
• Evaluate historical performance and stay up to date with alternative jewelry trends to produce Lessons Learnt and product strategy
• Create category sales and profit plans, making strategic decisions to maximise profit and minimise risks
• Support HoM with Topline reporting and strategic planning across channels
• Plan the WSSI to manage stock and OTB plans
• Plan, select and buy a balanced and commercial range ensuring the flow of newness aligns with the Trading Calendar
• Review sales performance and stock availability to propose and sign off replenishments
• Reforecast sales and profit parameters monthly. Trade the proposition identifying risk and opportunities to maximise profit
• Collaborate with the Marketing teams to align on promotions, launch campaigns, and product recommendations
• Review, propose and implement mark-down activity to reduce terminal stock whilst analysing action taken on mark-downs to maximise profit
• Support the Production team in managing suppliers by giving visibility of performance and future business
• Maintain awareness of competitors' performance, pricing and market trends

Who You Are:

• Strong background in planning or merchandising, especially in the fashion, ecommerce, or any related field
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
• Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise
• Ability to multi-task in our fast-paced environment
