Production Shift Supervisor

:

  • Develop, implement production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for completion of work task

  • Inspect product to verify conformance to specifications and direct machine setup and adjustments

  • Interpret work orders to employees

  • Coordinate production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and maintain results

  • Ensure that all employees are properly trained and that responsibilities are defined and understood

  • Provide regular performance feedback;

  • Responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.

  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules

  • Observe safety of work area, employees, and first responders for all workplace accidents

  • Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement

Qualification:

  • S1 Chemical Engineering

  • Experienced in the Essential Oil/Chemical industry as a Production team for at least 1 year

  • Able to speak and communicate in English

  • Willing to work in the Gunung Putri area in 3 shifts/6 working days
