About The Role

We are seeking a
Management Accountant
(Managerial Role - Based in Ngoro, Mojokerto) to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting strategic financial planning and operational decision-making within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing core financial functions while collaborating closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    : Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor actual performance against targets.
  • Financial Analysis
    : Conduct monthly financial reviews to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cost Management
    : Analyze operational costs and implement strategies to optimize spending without compromising quality.
  • Reporting
    : Prepare internal financial reports, including financial statements, budget summaries, and performance analyses for management.
  • Decision Support
    : Provide financial insights to support key business decisions related to capital expenditure, pricing, and production planning.
  • Costing
    : Evaluate inventory valuation and costing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Risk Analysis
    : Identify and assess financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Registered Public Accounting Firm or in a similar role within a manufacturing company
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective teamwork.
  • Proficiency in PSAK, US GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Technical skills in SAP, Business Intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • High level of commitment and responsibility to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site in
