What You Will Experience:

  • Developing category plan and strategies to improve sales in store.
  • Selecting, pricing and positioning of category products by channel.
  • Tracking and monitor Fundamental (AO, MSL, SKU, Call Compliance, Program, etc).
  • Maintain category documents and records according to company policies.
  • Tracking and monitoring DDR (FOX Project, Zone, Homebased)
  • Sales morning brief and JCWA.
  • Inventory turnover goals and maximize sales current SKU & NPD.
  • Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities branding & dress up in store.
  • Stay updated on category trends and competitive market.
  • Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company.
  • Prepare data for Business Review Management.
  • Work consists of analysing the latest sales and loyalty data, attending focus groups to gain fresh shopper insights and a variety of reporting.
  • Providing analysis helps aid our company to make important business decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree any major, preferably Marketing/ Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences Trade / Analyst, with 2 years in Managerial level.
  • FMCG experiences is a must.
  • Advance in Excel, Power BI/Tableau is a must.
  • Good analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Good attitude and communication skill.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Willing to be located in Makassar.
