We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales teamDevelop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive salesPlan and execute activities to support new product launch and increase brand visibilityStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandisingManage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etcWorking closely and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisor Requirements:Min. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldsMin. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fieldsStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skillSkilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goalsCan join immediately would be a plusWilling to be located in Makassar.
