  • Fully responsible (To do) all on site services (commissioning, overhaul, AMC, site installation,

troubleshooting, repair, etc., as delegated by planner or superior) as planned, and workshop

services as well, if needed.

  • Implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) procedure as well as all other

directive/guidelines.

  • Maintain professional performance, technical, communication, working attitude and coordination (internal and external).

  • Provide a good service report as per KSB standard and guideline (writing and computerise), every time on site job is done.

  • Identify risk, opportunity related to any services within current local situation that can impact the business.

  • Implement and maintain the Service Department procedures, policies, and improvement if any.

  • Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring those tools are ready to use properly.

  • Performs customer interface to support customer inquiries and develops technical solutions to customers; evaluates customers' maintenance operations

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Investigate any discrepancies and follow appropriate procedures for correction, repair, replacement and/or rejection.

  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

  • Good communication in English, both oral and written.

  • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer services delivery issues.

  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with the QHSE Policy and strategic objectives.

  • Ensure that all Hazards, Risks, Environmental aspects & impacts associated with work activities have been identified and implement action to eliminate or reduce it as low as possible.

  • To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior's time to time.

Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Having a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in related functions
  • Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
  • A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
  • Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
  • Having pump technical know-how
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia
