Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Bekasi. The Site Engineer will oversee fieldwork, coordinate site activities, and ensure project planning and execution are conducted efficiently and in compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations, supervising construction projects, conducting quality control, and providing technical solutions to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in on-site project management and understanding of construction processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • Experience with quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
  • Knowledge in structural engineering and civil engineering principles.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in geosynthetic products and construction is advantageous.
