We are currently looking for a Hub Leader for a logistics operations in Java area (East Java and West Java) . This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth end-to-end hub operations, delivery performance, and team effectiveness across First & Last Mile activities.

Qualifications:

  • SMA / SMK or Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Min 1 - 2 years experience in logistics industry (Bachelor's degree / Diploma).
  • Min 3 - 5 years experience in logistics industry (SMA / SMK)
  • Proficient in Ms Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and energized
  • Good attitude, great team orientation and leadership skills

  • Manage manpower planning, lead teams, and ensure operational excellence.
