About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to join our dynamic team at PT SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA. As the HCBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our company by partnering closely with our business leaders and providing tailored HR solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bandung, West Java

What you'll be doing

  • Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and strategy
  • Provide strategic support to Regional Manager related to HR operations and management
  • Manage employee relations, productivity, training programs, and employee development
  • Ensure fulfillment of manpower needs at the regional level
  • Maintain cooperation and monitor vendor performance, including outsourcing partners in the region
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary cases or fraud
  • Facilitate engagement programs to increase employee retention and satisfaction
  • Control compliance with safety and health management in the region

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proactive, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work closely with management and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Willing to visit hubs to conduct onboarding, engagement events, and investigations
