  • Memiliki Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist.
  • Terbiasa bekerja cepat, rapi, dan multitasking
  • Terbiasa mendampingi Owner/Top Management dengan mobilitas dan ritme kerja yang dinamis.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, sopan, dan profesional
  • Bersedia mobile dan menyesuaikan jadwal Owner
  • Memiliki ketertarikan pada dunia fashion, sneakers, dan lifestyle menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki ketertarkan di dunia olahraga menjadi nilai tambah.
Kualifikasi Khusus
  • Mampu mengedit foto & video (CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, atau tools sejenis)
  • Memahami basic social media trend (Reels, TikTok, Story)
  • Memiliki sense visual & storytelling yang baik
  • Percaya diri dalam mengambil dokumentasi foto/video
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Instagram, TikTok, dan WhatsApp Business

Job Description (Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan)
A. Personal Assistant Owner
  • Mengatur dan mengelola jadwal, agenda meeting, dan aktivitas harian Owner
  • Menjadi penghubung komunikasi antara Owner dengan tim internal maupun pihak eksternal
  • Menyiapkan kebutuhan meeting (agenda, notulen, follow-up action plan)
  • Membantu monitoring dan follow-up task Owner ke tim terkait
  • Menangani kebutuhan administratif dan dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas Owner
B. Content & Social Media Support
  • Membantu pembuatan konten untuk media sosial Owner (Instagram, TikTok, dll)
  • Mengambil foto & video kegiatan Owner (daily activity, meeting, event, store visit)
  • Melakukan editing foto & video sederhana–menengah (Reels, TikTok, Story)
  • Menyusun caption dan ide konten yang sesuai dengan karakter brand & personal branding Owner
  • Mengatur jadwal posting dan memastikan konten terunggah tepat waktu
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Creative/Marketing jika diperlukan
C. Support Branding & Aktivitas Khusus
  • Membantu kebutuhan konten untuk campaign, event, atau kolaborasi tertentu
  • Membantu dokumentasi outing, meeting, atau kegiatan penting perusahaan
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan data, informasi, dan aktivitas Owner
