Job Description

  • Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet operational targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and scheduling maintenance as required.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to optimise production processes.
  • Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Managing and mentoring production staff to enhance team performance.
  • Preparing and presenting production reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring inventory levels are maintained to support uninterrupted production.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in production management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in production planning and process optimisation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise across departments.
