Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gambir for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events aligned with the company's objectives. Tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing event schedules and budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery of all event elements. The role also requires building relationships with stakeholders, promoting events to targeted audiences, and conducting post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including event planning, schedule management, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and building partnerships
  • Experience in marketing, especially event promotion, community engagement, and public relations
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities to execute events efficiently and handle unexpected challenges
  • Knowledge or experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain (web3) space is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields is preferred
