Role Description

This is a contract role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate educational programs, manage resources, and ensure effective implementation of projects. They will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
  • Experience in educational services or similar fields
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Leadership skills and experience in team management
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
