Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring inventory and order accuracy
, effective use of
Accounting Software and Desty Marketplace
, consistent
daily and monthly reporting
, and driving
system and process improvements
to support efficient and scalable warehouse operations at Agena Sports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accuracy & System Control

• Ensure all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, transfers, adjustments) are accurately recorded in
  Accounting Software
  and
  Desty Marketplace
  .
• Maintain alignment between
  physical stock, system inventory, and financial records
  .
• Monitor and improve order accuracy across
  Retail, B2B, and Ecommerce
  channels.
• Control and reduce order errors, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and stock opname activities.

2. Daily Warehouse Operations

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and courier handover.
• Ensure compliance with
  shipping SLAs
  and operational timelines.
• Manage daily work prioritization based on order volume and sales channels.
• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound backlogs.

3. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Prepare
  daily operational reports
  covering order volume, accuracy, SLA, backlog, and issues.
• Produce
  monthly performance reports
  including warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and team performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact between
  warehouse, finance, retail/store, ecommerce, and management teams
  .
• Communicate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities clearly and proactively.

4. System, SOP & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in warehouse workflows, system usage, and SOP execution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
  accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  .
• Reduce manual work and human error through process standardization and system optimization.
• Support SOP development, updates, and team training.
• Assist with system implementations or enhancements related to inventory and order flow.

5. People Management & Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Warehouse Associates based on KPI performance.
• Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and on-the-job training.
• Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse
  SOPs and safety standards
  .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Promote zero major incidents and zero major SOP violations.

Key Deliverables

• Inventory and order accuracy of
• Consistent, timely, and actionable daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience as a
  Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead
  , preferably in ecommerce or omnichannel operations.
• Strong understanding of
  inventory control
  and its financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with
  ERP / Accounting Software
  ; experience with Desty Marketplace is a plus.
• Experience managing
  Retail, B2B, and Ecommerce
  fulfillment.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and highly accurate.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
