Role Description

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet the company's target within one year.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent client growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the target organisation, enhancing the company's brand presence in the market.
  • Prepare and present solutions to potential clients, emphasising the company's strength.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing field.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
