To assist with coordinating, planning and organizing the entire restaurants' operations. Ensure the highest level of Service is provided to our customers through on the job training with corrective and reinforcement coaching being used to ensure restaurants standards are maintained and simultaneously motivating your staff to perform to their optimum.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Interview, select, train, supervise and discipline restaurant staff for the efficient operation of the outlet. Organizes and conducts pre-shift/post-shift departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the floor service staff.
  • Organizes and oversees the floor service staff schedules.
  • Conducts performance evaluations ( KPI ) that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure opening & closing duties are assigned and completed during each shift
  • Ensure sufficient place is available at all times to enable smooth operation
  • Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of the Venue (included HK, ENG )
  • Communicate with chef/kitchen in regards to daily specials, chef concerns & all food and menus items
  • Communicate with Bar Manager
  • Continuously evaluates the performance and encourages improvement of the staff in the Floor service department. Plan and administer a training (Sequence of Service ) and development program within the Department, which will provide well-trained employees at all levels and permit advancement for those persons qualified and interested in career development
  • Must have a strong floor presence and be present on the floor at all times during meal periods.
  • Ensure that all Floor service staff are at all times well attired in proper uniform and maintain good personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Check menus are adequate and are in good condition.
  • Will ensure Guest Comment scores are consistent and strive for 95% guest satisfaction.
  • Staff morale and motivation is extremely important to the success of the overall Floor service operation. It is imperative that time is taken each day to develop strong employee relationships and to at all times motivate all staff members in order to provide the highest level of Service and guest satisfaction.
  • Due to the nature of our hospitality industry, you may have to work different shifts to accommodate the business or its demands.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Company's standards and policies.
  • Performs any other related duties and special project assigned.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Manages inventory for venue equipment and tools also supplies.
  • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service
  • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
  • Be sure that Venue is constantly clean.
  • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the Operation/ General Manager
  • Placement will be in Lolita's Cantina Uluwatu
