  • Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to improve team output and results.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Prepare and present performance and progress reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team.
  • Identify referral opportunities from the provided database.

  • Achieve the targets set by the company consistently.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound telemarketing for a minimum of 1 years, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong target and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner and highly adaptable to new processes and challenges.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Prior experience in the education or service industry is highly preferred.
